Sunrise in the Grand Canyon always provides surprise
I love to watch dawn develop and I’m often in position to shoot images an hour before the sun rises. The blue hues on the horizon begin to turn deep red in clouds toward the sun. Streaks form in the sky. Reflections go mad. I wish I could become three people to focus on all of the interesting shots as the sky turns orange and the sun nears its crest of the horizon. On winter mornings I can’t wait for the sun to hit my cold face.
